R 920 Litronic

7

LiDAT fleet management system

• A single point of contact for the

• complete management of the fleet

Optimises your fleet of machines thanks

to its overview of the maintenance and

service hour reports

• Fuel consumption monitoring

• Exact location of machines

• Improved safety thanks to

predetermined geographic

areas and operating times

Automatic centralised lubrication

system as standard

• Fully automated centralised lubrication system

as standard for rapid maintenance, less manual

lubrication and shorter machine downtime

• Covers all the lubrication points of the uppercar-

riage and equipment, other than the connecting

link (optional)

• Adequate lubrication of each joint guaranteed,

for a longer service life of the moving parts

• Safety aspect: the lubrication can be performed

without the operator having to leave the cab

Economy

The grouping together of the maintenance components and their accessibil-

ity from ground level reduces intervention times on the R 920. The centralised

lubrication system, fitted as standard, and the use of solutions such as Likufix,

increase the excavator’s productivity. Therefore the return on investment of the

R 920 is guaranteed.

Indisputable cost-effectiveness in the short,

medium and long-term

Shorter maintenance

times

All the maintenance points have been designed for

easier access and to make the daily maintenance

operations shorter. The gull-wing doors provide

access to the parts from ground level. The mainte-

nance of most elements, such as the air filter, the

fuel filters, the engine oil filter and the radiators, is

performed in complete safety. Grouped together

into very distinct compartments, this machine’s

maintenance will save you time and increase pro-

ductivity on your work sites.

Optimised energy

consumption

The engineering of Liebherr’s integrated systems

and the effective management of the engine and

hydraulics constantly control fuel consumption.

The new diesel engine, automatic idling, electronic

engine speed sensing regulation and regenera-

tion are just some of the elements that contribute

to better energy management. This consumption

control minimises the discharge of toxic gases into

the atmosphere whilst saving on operating costs.

The R 920 also complies with the European

Stage IIIB emission regulations with its oxidation

catalyst technology.
