Comansa cranes are installed on the 180 m high bridge pylons and are fitted with GEDA-2 operator lifts. The length of the bridge is 1,180 m. The 1,183 m long eastern approach comprises 75 spans with a maximum length of 32 m. The western approach as span lengths from 55 to 150 m. The main bridge comprises 5 spans ranging from 120 m to 540 m. The deck is box girder construction. Total cost is Euro 299 million and is scheduled for completion in 2012.
