New Appointments

Following the worldwide acceptance of Contractors World magazines - now with a monthly cumulative readership of in excess of 40,000, the publisher, VVV Ltd, is pleased to

announce the appointment of The Media Sales House to manage advertsing and associated administratve responsibilites globally.

Under the guidance of Sales Director, Paul Robertshaw, (lef), The Media Sales House will also help establish and co-ordinate regional advertsing sales representatves and provide support to the publishers in further developing the concept of e-magazines with the introduction of additional titles and/or regional supplements according to marketng opportunites.

The first of these is Darren Dunay, (right) who assume the title of Regional Advertising Sales Director and is now responsible for advertising sales and marketing support services across North America.

A new approach

The Media Sales House was establ ished in 2009 by Deborah Maclaren who has extensive experience in managing b2b advertsing and marketng and is now making her entrepreneurial skills and sales team available, through her own company, to help drive Contractors World Magazines to new heights.

Tiltroators enhances productivity

Semco Equipment sales have added Engcon tltrotators to its range of tools for excavators, loaders and backhoe loaders.

The company says tltrotators have rapidly become a general use attachment throughout Europe, due to their high productivity in assisting works in difficult access or confined job sites. A tiltrotator can be described as a wrist connectng the excavator to a bucket. An integrated control system ofers unlimited rotaton and up to 40° tlt in two directons.

While initially supplied to railway contractors for manipulating items in restricted safety zones, Semco says tiltrotators are also routnely used for general excavaton work.
