the concrete pump operators can thread the support

and lower the support legs through narrow gaps

e.g. between containers, stored form panels or other

construction materials.

For optimum convenience, there is the option of

cable connected or remote control box.

For safety reasons, check valves on all boom cyl-

inders, the swing gear, the outriggers and boom

hydraulic cylinder protect against overloads and pipe

bursts.

Restoring Efficiency of Solar Panels

The number of solar panels being installed are rapidly

increasing as people recognize the cost savings and

environmental benefits of this mode of electricity

generation.

However, the efficiency of the panels can rapidly

deteriorate as dust and other materials build up on the

panels.

To gently clean roof mounted solar panels Klein

GmbH introduced a mobile washing system. A large

heated water tank and demineralization plant are mount-

ed on a light truck frame.

A 4-section boom carries the water line. On the last

boom section, a 4.6 m wide, roller-shaped rotating wash-

ing brush

KLEIN developed the attachment to clean the often

difficult accessible glass surfaces, even of larger solar

systems. So the often mossy gaskets between the glass

and frame become thoroughly clean.

Klein GmbH

Klein GmbH offer an innovative way to clean roof

mounted solar panels thereby restoring fully gener-

ating efficiency by safely removing grime and other

build-ups.

Yanmar Zero Tail Swing Midi

Yanmar Construction Equipment Europe S.A.S. used

Bauma as the launch platform for the introduction of

the B7 Sigma-6.

The 8-ton zero tail midi-excavator features the unique

Σ boom, which the company claims is a breakthrough

in the concept of the ultra tight turning machine.

With the flexible, forward articulation in the boom,

it is possible to reach out and excavator under trench

props, pipes or other obstacles.

Powered by a Yanmar engine delivering 41.5 kW, the

8,080 kg (rubber tracks) excavator has a maximum dig-

ging depth of 6,550 mm, forward reach of 6,550 mm and

dump height of 5,480 mm. Width is 2,270 mm and

maximum bucket capacity 1,005 litres.

A 2,280 mm x 450 mm dozing blade is fitted as stand-

ard. The ROPS/FOPS cab provides the operator with a

safe, comfortable and well appointed working

environment.

Recognized for its range of innovative material carri-

ers, Yanmar presented the new and improved models

C50R-5 and C50R-5TV now

equipped with an automatic

transmission..

Other new products includ-

ed the new wheel loaders V7

and V8 as well as the SV100

2-Piece Boom.

Two of the mini-excavators

SV26 and ViO12 had a special

outfit: a SV26 in complete black

coating and a ViO12 in Bavarian

blue-and-white-coating.
