Materials washing specialist,

CDE Global

, returns to

Hillhead where they will be launching the latest devel-

opments to their modular M-Series washing plant range.

Since its launch at the Bauma exhibition in Munich

in 2010 the M2500 the range has been expanded and

Hillhead will see some of these latest developments as

they increase the range of applications for the M-Series.

The M2500 E5X on display has been developed to

produce up to 5 washed and classified products. Other

developments include a refined chassis design to allow

for rapid installation, easy transportation and minimal

civils requirements.

Operator efficiency has also been taken into consid-

eration with 900 mm wide walkways which allow for

safe and easy access to all parts of the plant. The walk-

ways feature lightweight GRP guards which are easy for

one person to remove and replace for efficient mainte-

nance and inspection.

This model also incorporates the patented Infinity

screening technology on both the P-Line inclined sizing

screen and D-Line dewatering screen.

These screens include patented Trilogy side wall

construction which eliminates the need for welds en-

suring maximum equipment life and also removes un-

necessary weight for reduced power consumption.

Welds are also eliminated from the U-span cross

members which are built for superior abrasion resistance

and fixed to the screen side walls using huck bolts.

The range of 14 elliptical, circular and linear motion

Infinity screens are all galvanised as standard, which also

ensures the longest lifespan possible.

The P-Line screen uses the CDE VibroCentric drive

system which delivers a higher power to weight ratio.

The D-Line dewatering screen utilises the innovative

VibroSync motor bridge which ensures an even distri-

bution of power across the full screening area for supe-

rior performance.

Already recognised for its range of wall

and slab formwork systems, Fast-Forms

has now introduced a panel system for

forming rectangular columns.

With panel sizes ranging from

200 mm to 1,200 mm width and heights

from 1,900 mm through ten sizes up to

6.,400 mm, it is possible to meet a wide

variety of dimensions without the use

of infill panels.

The panels are supplied ready-

made, ply faced so are ready for

immediate use. Any type of finish

can be achieved as the system

takes any type of ply so you can

have the finish you require.

The ply is fitted from behind so

there are no heads on the finished

face. The system is also suitable

for working with formliners.

An optional access platform can

be attached for safe pouring of the

columns at height.
