World’s First Rope-Less Horizontal-Vertical Elevator System

Thyssenkrupp has unveiled one of the industry’s most forward-thinking innovations created since the 19th century: the world’s first rope-less and sideways-moving elevator system, MULTI.

On both of these projects by the same client and operator, the municipal Mannheimer Parkhausbe-triebe GmbH (MPB), the slab technology by Cobiax was used to optimise both constructional measures and utilisation parameters.
